Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we coach our clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes while we work closely together. As these pieces accumulate and come together, our clients quickly find these changes are collectively creating a much more significant impact on their lives than they originally anticipated. We work on what our clients wish to improve within their own particular circumstances and unique situations.
